Privacy policy

What we collect

For studios: your name, email address, studio details, photographs of your space, rates, availability and the banking details needed to pay you out. For clients: your name, email address, optional phone number, the session you requested and any note you added.

Why we collect it

To run bookings, take payments, pay studios out and show a studio's public page. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Payments

Card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment page and are never stored by Studio Manager. We keep a record of the amount, currency, status and reference of each payment.

Who can see what

Studio owners see only their own bookings, clients, photographs and payments. Client contact details and private notes are never shown publicly. A studio's public page shows only what the studio chose to publish: name, description, location, rates, photographs and open times.

Storage and security

Data is stored in a Supabase project with row-level access rules, and photographs are held in private storage served through time-limited links.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed for accounting and dispute resolution. You can ask for your information to be corrected or deleted — contact the studio you dealt with, or the Studio Manager account holder operating this site.

Cookies

We use a small amount of browser storage to keep you signed in and to hold an unfinished studio setup form. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
